Roush, a Joon On The Moon regular and now dear friend, took the time to make this cool video which shows the fun spirit and ambiance we all enjoy at our shop!

This footage was taken during one of our weekly Paint & Drink evenings where you can come and paint our weekly painting yourself. No painting skills or prior experience required; it's simply a fun night of painting and drinking that anyone can enjoy ;)

Happy Times at Joon On The Moon!

Thank you Roush for this awesome video that captures the beautiful atmosphere we all enjoy at Joon On The Moon!Check out Roush's page: Roush H. Photography <3

Wondering what to do in your spare time? Bored of doing the same things all the time and looking to pick up a new skill? here is a choice of workshops and fun activities for you:

Friday at 11 am, sewing workshop. Get familiarized with a sewing machine and choose the fabric you want to make your own tote bag and show off.

Friday and Saturday evenings, come enjoy a drink and get some hair wraps. Put some color in your hair, summer is almost here.

Saturday is mothers' day so we're proposing an activity for moms and their kids, come and learn the art of decoupage and take back home a beautiful souvenir from that special day. The workshop is also open to adults alone.

Saturday afternoon at 4pm, for those who can't attend Friday's sewing workshop you can join this one

Sunday at 4 pm come make a dream catcher, a perfect activity to relax on a Sunday afternoon.

And last but definitely not least, next Saturday so on march 28, puppet making workshop, it's a whole day workshop but I promise not a boring one. You'll learn about puppets, how to make them and how to use them. I know I'm excited to give it a go.

I'll be adding a few workshops in the coming days, so come back and check out the blog :)

This weekend's pretty busy. If you feel like giving jewelry making or sewing a try, that's your chance.
You can find the schedule and prices on the pics. Each workshop lasts 2 to 3 hours depending on how fast you work.

Please make sure to pass by or contact us to reserve a spot.
I promise an enjoyable experience. Plus you get to go home with your creations and show off in front of your family and friends.

During the bracelets workshop you'll learn different techniques to make bracelets out of threads. You'll probably get hooked, don't say I didn't warn you.

If you feel like sewing might be your thing, I'll show you how to use a sewing machine, and after a little practice you'll make your own lined professional looking tote bag, you can choose fabric from my stash unless there's a piece of fabric that you have lying around and feel like using.

Make your necklace: It's a way to get familiarized with jewelry making tools and assemble the necklace of your dreams ;)

Hope to see you at Joon On The Moon. I'm gonna get back to my sewing now.

We're hosting our first workshop this Saturday and I'm super excited about it.  From 11 am till 1 pm, Rytta, a good friend of mine  is going to share with you the secret behind dreamcatcher making. Join us for a fun and crafty experience and learn how to make your own dreamcatchers. This workshop is open to people of all ages. All the infos are on the poster.

See you on Saturday :)

Finally, my blog is up and running thanks to our in-house geek, FZ. Bare with me while I figure my way around using this thing and start posting decent posts ;)

In the picture above you can see our creative space where all the magic is going to happen. We will be using this space to conduct our workshops and activities which will include different topics such as arts & crafts, sewing, jewelry making and others...

A dear friend of mine is giving the first workshop next Saturday and I'll be posting the details tomorrow!
